About Global Surgical Initiatives
Kyabirwa Surgical Center, a registered NGO in Jinja, Eastern Uganda, is dedicated to providing excellent, affordable, and safe ambulatory surgical care. Founded by members of the Mount Sinai Health System in New York, our mission is to eliminate barriers to surgical care and positively impact global health. With values centered on excellence, affordability, patient care, teamwork, and innovation, our experienced team, led by Dr.
Michael L. Marin M. D., ensures the highest quality of service.
