Kyle’s Foundation, formally the Kyle Honan Heart to Heart Foundation, is dedicated to raising awareness of youth cardiac risks and helping prevent sudden cardiac events. The organization highlights that routine physicals without an ECG and family-history reviews may miss many young people at risk. Its mission is to provide cardiac screenings for young people, including athletes and those with asthma, while educating communities about heart health.

The foundation offers cardiac screenings and scholarships, and donates automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to schools, sports teams, youth groups, and other places where young people gather. It also provides training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and AED use, and advocates for heart-health and AED legislation at the state and national levels. In addition, the organization provides financial assistance to people facing medical bills related to cardiac conditions, asthma, or autism. Through donations and community support, Kyle’s Foundation works to expand awareness, screening, education, and access to lifesaving resources.
