Central West Kyokushin Karate is a family-friendly martial arts dojo serving the communities of Parkes and Forbes. Operated by Sensei Michelle Kable, the club offers students a welcoming environment to develop fitness, confidence, discipline and practical self-protection skills through Kyokushin karate.

Training reflects the breadth of the martial art, including kihon (basics), kata and kumite (fighting), with classes and support from experienced instructors. The dojo welcomes children and adults, and its Little Ninjas sessions give younger students an engaging introduction to training. Students can build skills at their own pace, enjoy the social benefits of a close-knit karate community and work towards personal goals.

Sensei Michelle brings extensive competition experience, including regional, national and international titles in full-contact karate, as well as experience in boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. Other instructors and club members contribute their own training and mentoring experience. Central West Kyokushin Karate aims to help students persevere through challenges and discover their potential both in the dojo and in everyday life.
