Kyokushin Karate St George is a martial arts dojo in Rockdale, New South Wales, offering instruction in Kyokushin, a Japanese full-contact karate style grounded in discipline, hard training and personal development. The dojo trains at Ultimate Defence Academy on Princes Highway and is part of the Milperra branch in South-Western Sydney. It is affiliated with the International Karate Organisation Kyokushinkaikan (IKO1), under Kancho Matsui Shokei.

Classes cover foundational techniques, including punches, kicks and blocks, alongside kata, combinations, stance work and sparring. Training may also include fitness and stretching, partner conditioning, pad and bag drills, self-defence awareness, tournament preparation and board breaking. A scheduled kids class runs on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 pm; private or customised lessons may also be available by enquiry.

The dojo is led by Sensei Jesse Connolly, a third dan black belt who has practised Kyokushin since 2006 and has competed nationally and internationally. Members can take part in IKO1 training activities, events and tournaments.
