Kalibračné združenie Slovenskej republiky (KZ SR) is an open organization bringing together legal entities involved in measurement and instrument calibration, as well as organizations and individuals with an interest in related metrology issues. Its work supports a consistent and reliable measurement system in Slovakia, aligned with international requirements and the needs of measurement-instrument users.

KZ SR promotes the development of metrological rules and practice across Slovak institutions and organizations. It facilitates the exchange of information from international metrology workplaces, the Slovak Office of Standards, Metrology and Testing, scientific institutes, universities, and other professional bodies. The association also represents and protects the legitimate interests of its members and participants in its activities when these align with its objectives.

Through international cooperation, KZ SR seeks to build trust with foreign and international organizations and calibration-service providers. It promotes compatibility between metrology assurance systems and recognition of calibration results, helping to reduce technical barriers to trade related to metrological activities.
