About Ferme de la Fontaine
La Ferme de la Fontaine offers peaceful farm-cottage and chalet stays in the natural surroundings of Fouchy, in Alsace’s Vallée de Villé. Located between Colmar and Strasbourg, the property provides a welcoming base for exploring the region, with the Alsace Wine Route and Haut-Kœnigsbourg Castle nearby. Its independent, three-star accommodations combine historic character with modern comfort.
La Fermette is a four-person rental in a former 1880 farm outbuilding that once housed a bread oven and distillery. The eight-person Corps de Ferme occupies a traditional 1880 farmhouse, while the spacious, carefully renovated chalet accommodates up to ten guests. Each offers a countryside setting suited to a relaxing stay and discovering Alsace.
The farm also organizes independent donkey or pony outings in the surrounding hills and valley. After meeting the animals, visitors set off with a map and route booklet, either riding or carrying their backpacks. La Ferme de la Fontaine brings together rural accommodation, nature, and outdoor experiences for families and groups
