LAAX OPEN is an international freestyle snow sports event held annually in January at LAAX, in Graubünden, Switzerland. Presented by Zalando, it is described as a highlight of the freestyle winter season and a renowned stop on the FIS Snowboard and Freeski World Cup circuit. The 2027 edition is scheduled for 13–16 January and will mark the event’s 12th consecutive year.
Around 250 athletes are expected to compete, showcasing their skills in high-profile contests, including snowboard and freeski slopestyle and snowboard halfpipe. Beyond the sporting action, LAAX OPEN offers visitors a broader mountain and valley programme, with live concerts, rail sessions and cultural events, as well as a celebrated night final.
