Laboratorio de Gobierno is an innovative public agency that has been working since 2015 to co-create solutions for public problems and build capacities for innovation in public institutions. Their goal is to improve public services and enhance their relationship with citizens by taking a systemic approach with a focus on users. As a Laboratory, they offer three main services to implement, promote, and strengthen public innovation as an essential tool for improving public services with a people-centered approach.

The first service is Agile Consultancy, which supports public institutions in co-creating concrete solutions to impactful citizen issues. The second service is the Public Innovation Index, which measures the innovation capabilities of public services, contributing to their public value in complex contexts. The third service is the Public Innovators Network, which connects and trains public servants and other actors in society, accelerating the decentralization of practices and capacities for innovation.
