The LAB Performance Centre is an Adelaide-based training facility focused on helping athletes of all ages and sporting backgrounds improve their performance. Formerly known as LAB 46, it combines expert coaching, strength and conditioning, and long-term development programs in a supportive, athlete-centred community. Its members have 24/7 access to the gym and basketball court, with flexible membership options.

Basketball Development supports players from beginners to professionals through group training and individual coaching, with work on shooting, ball-handling, finishing, decision-making, and competitive confidence. Junior Athletic Development offers tailored coaching for committed athletes aged 10 to 17, building speed, strength, power, and movement while supporting injury prevention and seasonal preparation. The centre also provides athletic development classes and performance programs.

Gym members can join unlimited morning group classes, including strength-focused, conditioning, explosive training, and hybrid sessions. Casual basketball court use is also available. With more than five years of experience working with hundreds of athletes across Australia, The LAB serves grassroots juniors, social competitors, representative hopefuls, and elite performers.
