Lab Cierre

Laboratorio Cierre is an Italian testing and consulting laboratory serving businesses in the industrial, food and environmental sectors. Founded in Arezzo in 1983 by brothers Roberto and Fabio Renzetti, it began by supporting the local gold and silver industry with chemical analyses and performance testing. Over time, its work expanded to environmental monitoring and microbiological testing for food safety and hygiene. In 2025, Cierre joined Alfa Solutions S.p.A., building on an established partnership and combining specialist expertise.

The company operates four laboratories across nearly 1,000 square metres, equipped for testing precious, noble and rare metals; chemical and physical analysis of fashion products and accessories; environmental and industrial chemistry; and environmental and food microbiology. Its services also include business consulting and technical assistance, helping clients address specific needs, resolve problems and adapt processes to changing regulations and markets. Cierre highlights quality, safety and sustainability, and its accredited, experienced team aims to deliver precise, traceable results while supporting more sustainable production and the assessment of environmental performance.
