La Bodega Boxing Center is a Sacramento boxing gym established in 2014, built around determination, dedication, and discipline. An official USA Boxing facility, it welcomes beginners, youth athletes, and competitive fighters in a supportive, family-oriented environment. The center offers technical boxing instruction, progressive program development, and strength training designed to build conditioning, power, footwork, defensive skills, and ring awareness.

Group classes run Monday through Friday. Youth boxing is offered from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., followed by team competition training for ages 9 and up from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Adult boxing takes place from 7:45 to 8:45 p.m. Private training is also available daily. Month-to-month memberships include full gym access, daily group classes, and coaching; adult membership also includes strength and conditioning.
