Labombe

Labombe by Trivet is a Michelin-starred restaurant and wine bar in Mayfair, London, located within COMO Metropolitan London at 19 Old Park Lane. From the team behind Trivet, the restaurant pairs refined simplicity with bold, flavour-led cooking. Its provenance-focused, Pan-Mediterranean menus draw on the cuisines of Italy, Spain, France and Turkey, using high-quality seasonal ingredients in playful, carefully crafted dishes.

Guests can choose from an à la carte menu or a weekday set lunch, which includes a snack and seasonal main course. The wine programme is Eurocentric, celebrating established and emerging wine cultures, and is curated by Master Sommelier Isa Bal and sommelier Philipp Reinstaller. The bar serves classic cocktails and original creations, made with precision. Labombe also hosts wine dinners and other events.

Reservations are available for lunch and dinner, with online bookings for parties of up to six. A private dining room accommodates 10–12 guests, with set-menu options for larger groups.
