Its services include annual DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium membership, random testing, pre-employment testing, and access to a collection-site network of more than 20,000 locations. Labworks USA also arranges 24/7 emergency, post-accident, and onsite collections, along with Medical Review Officer review and assistance with return-to-duty and Substance Abuse Professional follow-up programs.

For FMCSA Clearinghouse obligations, the company offers registration assistance and help managing responsibilities. Additional compliance support includes file management, enrollment certification, an online account portal, statistical and MIS compliance reports, electronic chain-of-custody forms, and customer service for audit requirements. Supervisor and Designated Employer Representative training is available, with free training for customers with five or more drivers and a paid option for non-members.
