Die LAC Veltins Hochsauerland

LAC Veltins Hochsauerland is an athletics organization serving athletes and running enthusiasts in Germany’s Hochsauerland region. The club brings together participants across a wide range of age groups, from under-16 and under-18/20 youth categories to adult and senior athletes. Its activities include athletics training, competition, and road running, with information on training times, coaches, facilities, results, and club records available to members and visitors.

The LAC organizes events such as the Sparkassen Pfingstmeeting and the Oeventroper Volks- und Straßenlauf, a long-running regional road race that also forms the final event in the Volksbank Sauerland Lauf Cup. The organization supports developing athletes through centrally organized training, annual camps, and training weekends for young people. It also works to strengthen youth participation and prepare competitive teams for student and junior team championships. News, event dates, results, galleries, and information about the club, its member associations, sponsors, and supporter organization help connect the athletics community across the region.
