The Logan and Albert Conservation Association (LACA) is a dedicated organization focused on environmental stewardship in the Scenic Rim Region, Logan City, and surrounding areas. LACA actively promotes sustainability as a fundamental principle for development planning and engages with the community to raise awareness about conservation issues. Providing vital information on biodiversity, wildlife, and vegetation, including endangered species and plants, LACA fosters public consultation and informed debate on environmental concerns affecting the local ecosystem.

The association hosts monthly meetings in Beaudesert and Jimboomba, where members and visitors can participate in discussions about ongoing projects and community initiatives. LACA also organizes public workshops and events aimed at educating the community on sustainable living, climate action, and ecosystem management. Volunteers are welcomed to join in various projects, reinforcing the collective effort to protect local habitats. Whether through petitions, submissions, or personal actions, the Logan and Albert Conservation Association serves as a vital resource for preserving the environment and advocating for future generations.
