La Cabane des Baab’s is a micro-crèche in the heart of Champanges, France, welcoming children from 10 weeks to 4 years old. Its 160-square-metre, light-filled space and enclosed 120-square-metre garden are designed to support children’s wellbeing, development and discovery. The nursery’s educational approach focuses on awakening the five senses through activities that encourage cognitive and psychomotor development.
Its team accompanies each child towards independence and the transition to school, respecting individual learning rhythms and needs. Children can choose when to try things on their own and when to seek adult support, with activities balanced by free play and calm moments. Sleep arrangements are designed to support settling, including separate spaces for babies and older children, subdued lighting and adult presence.
