LACE Network is a UK-wide initiative dedicated to supporting aspiring, current, and alumni apprentices through a variety of workshops, events, and community-building activities. Founded with the purpose of connecting individuals to the education and industry sectors, LACE Network aims to enhance the apprenticeship experience by providing essential resources and networking opportunities.

LACE Network offers both in-person and online experiences designed to foster confidence and facilitate lasting connections. The organization partners with schools and colleges to deliver tailored apprenticeship support, helping students explore their options and build confidence through interactive workshops led by current apprentices. Additionally, LACE Network hosts exclusive networking events, such as hiking trips and social meetups, allowing apprentices to share experiences and expand their professional networks in a relaxed atmosphere.

With over 1,000 apprentice members and significant outreach impacting more than 10,000 students, LACE Network is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for growth and development regardless of geographical barriers, ultimately shaping a successful future for all apprentices.
