LAC Marche is a walking club offering activities for people interested in recreation, fitness and outdoor discovery. Its programme includes regular group walks at different paces, from gentle outings of around five to six kilometres to faster walks, sports walking and long-distance hiking. The club also promotes Nordic walking and endurance events, including Audax walks, and organises hikes open to the general public.

Activities take place on several days of the week, with meeting points listed in Luisant and nearby communities such as Mainvilliers, Alluyes, Saint-Piat, Chartres, Champhol and Oisème. Members can also join day trips, club hikes, outings and stays, as well as events connected with the CDRP 28 hiking network. The club shares calendars, route information, photographs and practical guidance, including advice on walking safely on roads and a hiker’s charter.
