Lactadvisor.org

Lactadvisor is an online directory designed to help mothers find breastfeeding support from certified lactation advisors and International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs). Its search service connects users with professionals around the world, helping them locate an expert nearby and access guidance with just a few clicks. Once they find a suitable advisor, mothers can use the contact details listed in the directory or send a request for the advisor to get in touch.

Lactadvisor also invites users to rate their consultations, so their feedback can help other mothers choose an advisor. The site offers additional information through its blog and provides options to learn about the directory, contact its team, or sign in. Lactadvisor says it operates without a profit motive and does not charge for the directory.

To help keep the service available and support its aim of connecting mothers with nearby lactation advice, it welcomes sponsors interested in contributing to the directory’s upkeep
