Inspired by the bohemian women of the Falcon Ladies Bicycling Club in 1860s San Francisco, Lady Falcon founder Buffy Maguire set out to revolutionize the world of coffee roasting. With a vintage German roaster called a Probat, Maguire carefully crafted unique blends that defy convention.
Unlike the single-origin trend dominating the coffee industry, Lady Falcon takes a more experimental approach, blending different beans to create exceptional flavor profiles. One such blend is Epic, which combines three distinct beans sourced from Ethiopia, showcasing the diverse flavors that can be found within a single region.
