La Esquina is a social incubator and organization that was established in 2013. It focuses on providing opportunities for personal growth, support, and empowerment to young individuals from socially vulnerable communities in Costa Rica. Our goal is to nurture and develop impactful leaders within these communities by offering a comprehensive system of academic, professional, and personal support to each project member.

We believe in the importance of creating positive change, and our work reflects this belief. In 2020 alone, we have made a significant impact on our group of 30 young members aged between 15 and 20 years. Many of them have successfully completed their high school education, while others are in the process of finishing their final year.

Some members are currently employed, while others have begun their university journey or have graduated from technical vocational programs. Additionally, we offer personal support through individual mentoring sessions, group activities, and volunteering opportunities. Our communities are filled with talent waiting to be nurtured, and La Esquina strives to provide the necessary resources and guidance to unlock their full potential.
