About La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano
La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano is the first artisanal pasta factory in Gragnano to achieve the IGP recognition, dedicated to producing high-quality pasta for three generations. Nestled near the picturesque areas of Sorrento, Pompei, and Amalfi, the factory beautifully melds tradition with innovation, ensuring exceptional standards through the expertise of the Moccia family. They offer over 150 different pasta shapes, some of which are unique in the world, made from 100% Italian durum wheat sourced from local suppliers.
In addition to traditional pasta, they have developed a gluten-free line featuring about 40 varieties crafted from the finest corn and rice flours. Visitors can explore the rich history of pasta through their in-house museum, showcasing rare artifacts and the art of pasta making. The brand also provides unique gift ideas, including exclusive kits and beautifully crafted ceramics, aiming to transform ordinary occasions into memorable celebrations.
