La Fabrique de la Logistique, also known as FabLog, is a French association established in 2021 to foster innovation for the common good across the logistics sector. Supported by ADEME and the French Transport Innovation Agency, it brings together an open community of logistics users and other stakeholders who share expertise and resources to develop practical supply-chain solutions.
FabLog’s work is organized into six communities: cyclo-logistics, digitalization, construction-site logistics, sustainable logistics, modal shift, and territories. Their activities address challenges such as expanding cargo-bike delivery, improving digital connections and operational cooperation, streamlining construction logistics, supporting choices of heavy vehicles, encouraging freight transport by rail and river, and sharing local traffic rules for goods transport.
Members can propose projects within existing communities or suggest new ones. FabLog supports collaborative development of shared resources and initiatives, and provides information through webinars, newsletters, and news updates. Its website also features the CEE Marguerite programme, including information about participating metropolitan areas and calls for expressions of interest.
