La Féminine de Pau is a community sports event organized by the Club Universitaire Palois in Pau, France. Centered on a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, it invites women of varied abilities to take part in a 7-kilometre road race or walk, with both timed and non-timed options. The autumn event also features a mixed-gender race for pairs, children’s races, and activities designed to encourage participation across generations.

Participants can enter team challenges for students, businesses and local authorities, sports groups, and families, with awards based on team size or combined times. The event is open to beginners as well as experienced participants, and promotes exercise, health, and enjoyment rather than requiring extensive preparation. Volunteers help provide course support and safety, while music, gifts, and a prize draw add to the experience.

La Féminine de Pau also supports local cancer-fighting associations, including Miralutz during the autumn event. Since 2012, the event reports collecting more than €80,000 for local causes
