La Fenice Pet Service provides funeral and cremation services for pets of all sizes, supporting owners through the loss of a companion with care and respect. Based in Monsano, in the province of Ancona, the company says it was the first in the province to operate an authorized facility for cremating companion and non-conventional animals. Its services follow applicable regulations, including EC Regulation 1069/2009.
Owners can choose collective cremation, without return of ashes; individual cremation, with ashes returned in a standard urn and a certificate; or personalized cremation, which can include an appointment, viewing via camera from a private room, and time to say goodbye in a farewell room. The company also offers collection of a pet’s remains from home or a veterinary clinic, and return of ashes at its premises or by delivery. An emergency collection service is available within hours of a call, including outside regular opening times. La Fenice serves the Ancona area and has a separate location in Perugia through Agenzia Funebre Aurora.
