La Ferme de Caroline is a family-run, eco-responsible farm in Négreville, in Normandy’s Cotentin peninsula. It offers visitors a slower-paced way to explore the region, with holidays in horse-drawn caravans and covered Western wagons, guided carriage rides, and multi-day itinerant trips lasting from a weekend to six days. After an introduction to driving a horse-drawn vehicle, guests can travel at the pace of a draft horse through the Norman countryside and, on selected caravan routes, along the coast facing the Channel Islands.
Stops at farms and campsites offer opportunities to meet local residents and enjoy the landscape. The farm also provides six camping pitches across 12 hectares, seasonal or year-round boarding for horses, ponies and donkeys, and an overnight stop for riders and their horses. Its equine facilities include an active paddock designed with animal wellbeing in mind.
Additional services include pony rides for children and carriage hire for celebrations and events
