Lahden Museot (Lahti Museums) preserves and shares the cultural heritage of Lahti and the Päijät-Häme region, creating engaging experiences for local communities and visitors while safeguarding heritage for future generations. Its museums include the Ski Museum, Lahti Historical Museum, Malva (the Museum of Visual Arts), and Mastola, the Radio and TV Museum. It provides collection services and makes collection information available to the public. As the regional responsible museum for Päijät-Häme, Lahden Museot supports local museums, advises building owners on renovation, contributes expertise on public art, and works with authorities on planning, construction, archaeology, and the built cultural environment.
