About LAIT AMARE
Lait A. Mare is an Italian fine-dining restaurant created and managed by Alessandro Perego, who also founded Lait and Lait Garden. Set in a historic villa surrounded by greenery, the restaurant pairs a relaxed, convivial atmosphere with a bright conservatory and garden.
Its cuisine centres on seafood, bringing traditional Italian flavours together with contemporary ideas and experimental recipes, while also offering meat and vegetable dishes. The kitchen prepares its own pasta, flours, bread, breadsticks, crackers and pastries, and is developing an artisan panettone with specialist bakers. Menu highlights include lobster salad, marinated anchovies, seafood pasta, fried fish, lobster Catalana and the fish of the day, alongside beef and veal dishes.
Guests can explore a carefully selected wine cellar, sparkling wines from established houses and small producers, and premium spirits served neat or in cocktails. Upstairs, a private dining space accommodates groups of up to 30 around one table, with dedicated staff and menus.
