Lajfr

Lajfr is a Czech nonprofit organization that brings engaging, practical education to schools and helps young people discuss topics often treated as taboo. Since 2019, its prevention programs have reached more than 50,000 young people. The organization focuses on sexual education, digital literacy, and support for mental health, aiming to provide reliable information in an open, respectful, and nonjudgmental setting.

Lajfr’s sexual education sessions address questions students encounter in everyday life, including online dating, first sexual experiences, contraception, sharing intimate images, sexually transmitted infections, and sexual orientation. Programs for older students also explore communication in relationships, personal boundaries, and safer sex. Its digital literacy sessions help students navigate social media, assess information critically, understand their digital footprints, and build healthy online and offline habits.

Lajfr also shares its expertise through workshops and courses for teachers, youth workers, lecturers, and nonprofit staff. The organization invites schools to arrange programs and welcomes partnerships and donations to help make its work accessible to people from varied social and economic backgrounds.
