Lakeshore Goldens Michigan

Lakeshore Goldens is a home-based dog breeder in Ludington, Michigan, focused on raising Golden Retriever, Bernese Mountain, and Golden Mountain puppies, a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain Dog. The breeder says its puppies come from AKC-registered parents that have undergone genetic testing and have preliminary OFA clearances for hips, elbows, and heart. Puppies are raised inside the breeder’s home alongside children, cats, and other dogs, with the aim of helping them become well-rounded companions.

Lakeshore Goldens uses the Badass Breeding program, including Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction, which begin when puppies are three days old. Prospective adopters can learn about upcoming litters, review puppy pricing, read reviews, and submit an application to join the waitlist. The website also provides information about the parent dogs, its curriculum, and the adoption process. Based in Ludington, Michigan, Lakeshore Goldens presents its work as a family-home experience for people seeking a puppy from one of its offered breeds or crosses.
