About Lakeside Family Services
Lakeside Family Services is a charity that has been serving the community since 1993, with a strong commitment to inclusivity and care for all, regardless of race, language, or religion. Their range of services aims to empower individuals and families, focusing on disadvantaged children, troubled youths, active seniors, ex-offenders, and women with unsupported pregnancies. Lakeside Family Services is recognized as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) and is a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).
They fulfill their mission by providing quality services, tailored to the needs of the Jurong community, while working in harmony with neighbors, the community, and the government. Their vision is to change lives and transform communities, with key values such as being missional, competent, compassionate, Christ-like, and outreach-focused. Since their establishment, Lakeside Family Services has expanded its operations, opened additional centers, and launched initiatives such as Safe Place to support women with unsupported pregnancies.
