La Longère Cogite is a welcoming work and retreat venue set within a family racehorse-breeding farm in Sainte-Gauburge-Sainte-Colombe, Normandy, about two hours from Paris. Founded by former Paris-based journalists Bernard Sirven and Céline Gualde, it brings together work, reflection and exchange in a distinctive rural setting shaped by the daily rhythms of the horses and the seasons. The estate includes around 40 hectares of meadows, woodland, gardens and permaculture vegetable plots, as well as a preserved riverside wetland and walking route.

The venue hosts tailored stays for teams and groups, from two days to a week, for groups of three to around ten people. It welcomes businesses, operational teams, consultants, communication agencies, start-ups, students and people navigating professional transitions. Guests can use a shared workspace and comfortable living areas, and stay in cosy rooms with private bathrooms; an accessible suite is available for people with reduced mobility. The hosts arrange breakfasts, lunches and dinners using quality local produce, alongside homemade specialties. The site also presents training among its offerings.
