Lamahof

Lamahof Sattel is a family-run farm in Sattel, Switzerland, managed by Bruno and Regula Betschart. Set above the Schwyz valley basin, the farm offers views of the Central Swiss Alps and lies near hiking routes, including the path to the Wildspitz and the Goldau landslide site. Visitors can enjoy distinctive holidays by staying overnight in a tipi, with information and prices available through the farm.

Lamahof also offers opportunities to meet its llamas and learn about their care, breeding and training. Its school-farm programme gives children and young people hands-on insight into tipi life, llamas, and ecologically valuable meadows, hedges and pastures. The farm practices extensive llama husbandry, which it says helps support biodiversity in its local environment.
