Owned by Ronny, a sports enthusiast, and Caroline, a talented artist, Maison des Eaux offers five beautifully decorated rooms on the first floor. Each room, personalized by Caroline, provides a cozy retreat with comfortable beds, including a mezzanine bed, making them ideal for couples, professionals, or cyclists. Wake up to a delicious breakfast, included in the room rate, served in our spacious kitchen or on the terrace overlooking the enclosed garden.

Exciting news for 2023 is the addition of our new saltwater swimming pool, a 25-meter swim lane! Guests can also enjoy our on-site amenities such as parking, a boules court, and the option to rent top-quality bikes for leisurely rides or professional cycling.

For a memorable dining experience, we offer a table d'hôtes upon request and availability, serving a complete menu with aperitif, wine, and coffee for €35 per person. Please note that due to our use of fresh ingredients, table d'hôtes cannot accommodate last-minute reservations.

Our standard room rates are €95 for two persons and €85 for single occupancy, both including breakfast and linens. Stay for two consecutive nights and enjoy a 10% discount on the total rate.

Please note that due to the property's location and facilities, children under the age of 12 are not allowed, and pets are not permitted.

Conveniently located only 200 meters from the canal, near the D813, and with Agen 12km and Valence d'Agen 14km away, Maison des Eaux is a haven for cyclists, offering repairs and secure storage for bikes.
