About The McCourt Foundation
The McCourt Foundation (TMF) is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of patients and families affected by health challenges within the neurology community and beyond. Founded in 1992 by the McCourt brothers, TMF was inspired by their personal experiences with family illnesses. Their father was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and their mother battled Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
Witnessing the impact these diseases had on their loved ones, the McCourt brothers felt a deep desire to help others in the neurology community. TMF focuses on neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's, MS, ALS, and Parkinson's, supporting patients and their families through philanthropic efforts. They initially started by organizing a road race as a way to fundraise, but their mission has since expanded.
TMF now partners with other like-minded organizations and also recognizes the importance of other health-related causes. With the goal of making a difference in the lives of those affected by neurological diseases, TMF offers various events, including marathons, 5Ks, and galas. They also provide opportunities to get involved through volunteering, trainings, and ambassador programs.
By supporting TMF, you contribute to their mission of enhancing the lives of individuals and families facing neurological challenges
