LAMPART

Zabierzowski Sports Club Lampart (ZKS Lampart) offers martial arts training in Bolechowice, Poland, for children, teenagers and adults, with classes available from age six. The club teaches traditional Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu alongside Sanda and MMA, organizing groups by age and experience. Its family group also welcomes parents and children to train together. Choy Lee Fut sessions develop strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness and control of movement and breathing. Sanda and MMA training covers practical fighting skills, including throws, safe falling, evasive movement and elements of ground fighting, while supporting fitness and muscular strength.

Training is led by Sifu Krzysztof Rodek, a Choy Lee Fut master, coach and physiotherapist, supported by instructors and assistants. Rodek has trained in the style since 1997 and draws on his physiotherapy background to emphasize sound movement patterns, injury prevention and safety. The club also organizes martial arts camps during school holidays for adults and young people, including beginners, with programs adapted to participants’ ages and experience.
