Landon Dix Projects Ltd., formerly Landon Dix Design Studio, is a design-led residential construction and project management firm based in Halfmoon Bay on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast. Its work serves the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas, with the studio also identifying Vancouver, the North Shore and Vancouver Island among its locations. The firm offers design services for residential renovations and new builds, creating custom design packages and helping clients move from concept through implementation and construction. Clients may engage the team for design and project management or for design services alone.

Landon Dix Projects approaches spaces through the experience of the people who use them, drawing on an understanding of materials, construction requirements, practical constraints and functionality. Attention to detail and quality of design are central to its work. For new-home projects, the firm works with registered home builders, warranty providers and trusted trade professionals, coordinating the process around each build’s needs and guiding clients step by step.
