The Landscape Partnership is a collaborative community of practice connecting landowners, scientists, conservation professionals, agencies, organizations, and industry partners. Its online portal helps members work together on landscape-scale conservation, sustainable working lands, and biodiversity. Users can find experts and organizations, explore conservation issues, access public training, use decision-support tools, and join collaborative workspaces to share resources and coordinate priorities.

The Partnership provides frameworks and resources for areas including Southern Waters, grasslands and savannas, eastern deciduous forests, and western landscapes. Its offerings include spatial datasets, maps, GIS and conservation-planning tools, webinars, videos, training, publications, and news. Featured projects and tools include SE FireMap for exploring detectable fires across 13 southeastern states, BirdLocale for securely sharing and analyzing field recordings, and resources for working-lands wildlife conservation. The site also connects users with landowner information, NRCS program guidance, and community expertise. By bringing diverse partners and practical tools together, the Landscape Partnership supports coordinated efforts to improve habitat, maintain productive working lands, and address conservation challenges at scales where ecosystems function.
