Stichting Land van Horne

Stichting Land van Horne is a care organisation serving communities in Someren, Cranendonck, Weert, Nederweert and Leudal. It supports people through care at home, residential care, treatment and rehabilitation, with services designed to help clients maintain a meaningful life and feel at home. People can receive support in their own homes or at the organisation’s care and residential centres.
