Lane Cove Swim Club

Lane Cove Swim Club is a community swimming club based at Lane Cove Aquatic & Leisure Centre. Recognised as Swimming Australia’s 2024 Club of the Year, it supports swimmers through squad training, coaching and opportunities to take part in competitive and recreational swimming. The club shares squad timetables, squad information and frequently asked questions to help members find the right pathway, while its coaches and club activities help bring swimmers together.

Members can participate in meets and events, follow results and club records, and access membership information, a club calendar and merchandise. The club also organises activities such as the annual Roma Edmunds Memorial Mile, held in the centre’s 50-metre pool, and shares news about competitions, open-water swimming and swimmer achievements. Its website provides event details, useful links and information about the club’s governance, history and child-safety practices. Lane Cove Swim Club also acknowledges community support, including a donation from Lane Cove Council intended to enhance the experience of swimmers and members.
