Langston Homeplace

Langston Homeplace LLC is a family-centered memorial website honoring Steve William Langston and celebrating the values he lived by: God, family, and service. Based in the Bentonville community of North Carolina, the site shares his life story, photographs, and personal memories, offering family, friends, and community members a place to reflect on his legacy.

Steve was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, church leader, and volunteer whose life was deeply connected to his homeplace and community. He served Mill Creek Christian Church in many roles and spent more than 46 years in volunteer fire service, including as chaplain for the Bentonville Volunteer Fire Department and the Johnston County Honor Guard. His family, faith, heritage, and service are central themes throughout the tribute.

The website also provides memorial media, including video and a voicemail greeting, so visitors can revisit meaningful sights and sounds. Langston Homeplace LLC’s offerings focus on remembrance and storytelling rather than commercial products, preserving memories and sharing the impact of a life dedicated to caring for others.
