About Langston Technology Hub
Langston Technology Hub (LTH) connects community development with business needs through technology solutions, education, and workforce training. The organization helps businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits build skills, improve efficiency, and use technology to address practical challenges. Its offerings include IT and AI solutions, data management, network and security training, and technology workshops and collaborative projects. LTH also provides drone training and certification, including work with LiDAR-equipped drones to map farms and support conservation-focused, data-informed decisions.
A key initiative, supported by a USDA grant, uses drone technology to help disadvantaged rice farmers explore a cost-effective alternative to precision land leveling. LTH works with the Minority Tech Foundation and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff on this effort, while engaging farmers and building local relationships. The organization also trains emerging IT talent and aims to expand access to technology careers and services. Founded by James Page, LTH says its team brings more than 28 years of expertise. Its mission is to make technology accessible, useful, and beneficial to communities and organizations.
