Welcome to Lan Pya Kyel, the leading healthcare organization in Myanmar dedicated to HIV-related services. Established in 2005 as the Targeted Outreach Program (TOP) and now operating under the name Lan Pya Kyel, we offer comprehensive health care services to vulnerable populations affected by HIV and AIDS. At Lan Pya Kyel, our mission is to reach, test, treat, and retain individuals who face higher rates of HIV and AIDS, including female sex workers (FSW), men who have sex with men (MSM), and transgender women (TG).

With 11 Key Population Service Centers (KPSC) strategically located across Myanmar, we provide a range of services including HIV and STI testing, treatment, family planning, tuberculosis testing, and treatment. Our dedicated team of over 200 staff members, including 190 peer volunteers, ensures that our services are accessible, confidential, and tailored to the needs of our clients. We are proud to serve our communities and strive to create safe and community-driven spaces for female sex workers and men who have sex with men.
