The restaurant offers menus inspired by the chef’s travels, arranged as journeys through a progression of flavours, textures and stories. Guests can also book an exclusive chef’s table experience for groups of two to ten, featuring a specially curated menu in a secluded setting. For larger gatherings, La Paix provides a private dining room in the hotel’s historic salons, accommodating six to 24 guests. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, with lunch available on Fridays. The restaurant is located on Rue Royale in Brussels.
