La Perle Gruissanaise offers a unique concept of from sea to plate fishing, located on the Chalets Beach by the sea. Unlike traditional seafood restaurants, this conchological base, developed by mariners Gregory and his wife Mathilde, offers a distinctive experience of fishing right to your plate. There are no table service, reservations, or formal greetings by a maître d'hôtel here.
Instead, you will find stalls filled with fish caught that very day by the couple and fresh shellfish straight out of the traps, waiting just for you. Gregory's passion for being a fisherman has been passed down through generations, starting from his childhood fishing trips with his grandfather. La Perle Gruissanaise is not just a restaurant, but also a production and sales space for seafood lovers.
