La Posata

La Posata is an Italian focacceria and street-food brand with two locations in Copenhagen: Indre By and Frederiksberg. Founded in 2022, it brings Italian food traditions into an informal, everyday dining experience. Its signature focaccia is handmade daily from dough that rises overnight and filled with Italian ingredients. The menu also includes combo meals with sides and drinks, fresh pasta served at evening Pasta Lab events, and Italian-inspired desserts and beverages such as tiramisu, coffee, wine and beer.

La Posata emphasizes slow preparation, homemade dishes and organic ingredients. Guests can order takeaway, reserve a table or enjoy pasta evenings at either location.
