Agrícola La Reserva de Llancay, creada en el 2008 por dos familias de origen palestino, la familia Kassis y la familia Said, se unen para dar vida a este proyecto emplazado en un terreno de 2.800 ha, en San Pedro a 28,5 km de Melipilla (camino a Rapel), con el propósito de desarrollar un plan de producción de aceitunas para aceite de oliva extra virgen.

About La Reserva de Llancay
Agrícola La Reserva de Llancay Limitada, also known as San Pedro, is a brand that was created in 2008 by two Palestinian families, the Kassis family and the Said family. They came together to establish this project located on a 2,800-hectare land in San Pedro, 28. 5 km from Melipilla on the road to Rapel.
The main purpose of the brand is to develop a production plan for olives for extra virgin olive oil. San Pedro is surrounded by beautiful valleys, which provide a breathtaking view of the olive plantations. Their extra virgin olive oil is of high quality and has a golden yellow color with greenish hints.
They focus on being environmentally friendly, with efficient use of energy and careful management of water resources and fertilization. San Pedro's products reach national and international markets, including Europe, North and South America. They offer a range of olive oil varieties such as Arbequina, Picual, Coratina, Frantoio, and Leccino.
Their products are available in bulk or in various glass bottle sizes. In addition to their olive oil production, San Pedro offers services such as bottling, packaging in different formats, and storage in their bioclimatic facility. They are also certified for their carbon footprint and implement a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system to ensure the quality and safety of their products.
