Its work addresses subjects including perimenopause, musculoskeletal health, mental wellbeing, cancer, and other stages and challenges of women’s health.

Larga Vista Dance offers live and virtual performances, community events, educational workshops, and healthcare resources. Productions such as “Shout from the Rooftops” transform medical realities and personal stories into dance, with choreographers collaborating directly with healthcare experts and patients. The organization also presents experiences such as “Reclaim Her,” combining expert conversations, movement, and performance to support women in reconnecting with their bodies and learning about their health. Led by artistic director Adelita Hinojosa-Martin, an oncology-certified registered nurse, Larga Vista Dance uses art as a way to encourage conversation, connection, and informed engagement with wellbeing.
