L’Artiste C’est Moi est un concept de développement personnel d’un genre nouveau, nous y avons associé l’art et le coaching. Nos participants développent leur créativité à travers un aller-retour entre l’Expérimentation et le Débrief pour une meilleure prise de conscience de leurs leviers de performance et le déclenchement de comportements nouveaux soutenant le développement de leur créativité. L’Artiste C’est Moi est un atelier qui allie épanouissement individuel et dynamique de groupe, initiation artistique et développement personnel mais aussi et surtout lâcher prise et découverte voire dépassement de soi. ******* "L’ Artiste C’est Moi" is a new and unique personal development concept that combines art and coaching. In every "L' Artiste C'est Moi" workshop, we work on individual skills development and team dynamics reinforcement. We initiate participants to art (for ex. Painting) and personal development fundamentals (for ex. Self-awareness, Self-management, Self-control…). We also motivate everyone to unleash their creativity, use their full potential and even push their own performance limits.
