The Deutsche Laser Association (DLAS) is the German class association for ILCA dinghies, bringing together sailors, clubs and others involved in the class. Its focus spans recreational sailing, competition and community, with information and services for both new and experienced sailors. The website explains the ILCA dinghy, boat legality, measurement certificates and the construction years of older boats, helping members understand class requirements.

DLAS supports sailing events across Germany through a regatta calendar, rankings, rules, national championships and reports from competitions. Sailors can also find training calendars and trainer listings, while the Masters section provides information for older competitors, including age groups and a masters contact. The association offers membership information, regional contacts, club resources and details about its organization and office.

For members looking to buy or sell equipment, the DLAS marketplace features listings for used boats, sails and accessories. The site also shares news, event registration details and information about partner organizations, making it a central resource for the German ILCA sailing community.
